Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules that apply to anyone using tvalgo.com or our products. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Breach of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

1. Prohibited Activities

You must not use our Services to:

  • Engage in, promote, or facilitate any illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or sanctions evasion;
  • Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your account access, TradingView invite access, or licence keys to any third party;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or attempt to extract the source code or logic of any indicator
  • Misrepresent our products as providing guaranteed returns, regulated investment advice, or fund management services;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt our systems or third-party platforms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' accounts, or non-public areas of the Site;
  • Use automated means (scrapers) to access the Site other than as we provide for their intended purpose;
  • Engage in chargeback fraud, i.e., disputing a legitimate charge with your bank or card issuer without first attempting to resolve the matter with us;
  • Use our affiliate programme in a fraudulent, misleading, or spam-based manner (e.g., cookie-stuffing, false advertising, incentivised fraudulent signups).

2. Account Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and licence keys. Sharing credentials with any other person is a breach of this policy and our Terms and Conditions, and may result in immediate suspension.

3. Fair Use

Our Services are intended for use by a single individual or entity per subscription. Multiple simultaneous users sharing a single subscription, or reselling access under a single account, is not permitted.

4. Content You Submit

If you submit reviews, testimonials, support requests, or other content to us, you must ensure it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that breaches this policy.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to support@tvalgo.com.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action at our discretion, including issuing a warning, suspending or terminating access (without refund, where the violation relates to fraud or abuse), and/or reporting unlawful activity to relevant authorities or our payment processors.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
