Risk Disclosure
Website: tvalgo.com Operator: TVALGO LTD Last updated: 31 August 2026
Please read this Risk Disclosure carefully before purchasing or using any TVALGO product. By purchasing or using our Services, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted the risks described below.
1. Regulatory Status
TVALGO LTD is a UK-registered software company (company number 17422388) providing technology tools for traders. We are not authorised or regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the SEC, or any other financial regulatory body, because we do not provide regulated financial services. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, portfolio/fund manager, or financial institution of any kind.
2. Nature of Our Products
TVALGO sells:
- TradingView indicators (visual/analytical overlays)
These are technical software tools, not investment products, financial instruments, or managed accounts. We do not create, manage, or have discretionary control over any trade.
3. We Do Not Hold or Access Client Funds
TVALGO does not, at any point, hold, custody, transmit, or have access to:
- Your trading account funds;
- Your brokerage login credentials;
- Your bank account or payment card details (these are processed directly by our regulated payment processors: Stripe, Payoneer, and/or Wise).
All trades are placed on your own trading account, at your own chosen broker, using your own authorisation.
4. Not Financial, Investment, or Tax Advice
Nothing provided by TVALGO — including indicators, configurations, marketing content, backtests, webinars, or support communications — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You should seek independent, regulated financial advice before making any trading or investment decision.
5. Key Risks of Trading
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, futures, cryptocurrency, or any other financial instrument involves substantial risk, including but not limited to:
- Market risk: prices can move rapidly and unpredictably against your position.
- Leverage risk: where leverage is used (via your broker), losses can exceed your initial deposit.
- Liquidity risk: in fast-moving or illiquid markets, you may not be able to enter or exit a position at your desired price.
- Technology/execution risk: internet outages, platform downtime, slippage, requotes, or latency between signal generation and trade execution can materially affect results.
- Model/strategy risk: any indicator or automated strategy, however well designed, can perform poorly or fail to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Currency risk: if trading in a currency different from your base currency, exchange rate movements can affect your returns.
- Counterparty/broker risk: we do not control, and are not responsible for, the solvency, execution quality, or conduct of any third-party broker you choose to use.
You could lose some or all of the capital you trade with. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
6. No Guarantee of Performance
- Any performance figures, backtests, live results, screenshots, or testimonials shown on tvalgo.com or in our marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and are not a reliable indicator of future performance.
- Backtested or simulated results have inherent limitations and do not reflect actual trading, including the impact of slippage, liquidity constraints, spreads, and emotional/behavioural factors.
- Past performance of any indicator or strategy — whether real or simulated — does not guarantee or predict future results.
- We make no representation or warranty that use of our products will result in profit or will not result in loss.
7. Third-Party Platform and Broker Risk
Our products operate on or in conjunction with third-party platforms (TradingView, MetaTrader 5) and third-party brokers. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the performance, security, regulatory status, or execution quality of any such third party. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence on any broker you choose to use, including verifying their regulatory status.
8. User Responsibility
Before using any TVALGO product, you should:
- Fully understand how the indicator or strategy works — ideally by testing on a demo account first;
- Assess your own financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives;
- Ensure you comply with the laws, tax obligations, and regulations of your own jurisdiction;
- Seek independent, regulated financial advice if you are unsure whether trading is suitable for you.
9. Source of Funds and Lawful Use
You confirm that any funds used to purchase or operate our products, and any funds used in your own trading activity, are derived from lawful sources, and that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including anti-money laundering regulations.
10. Jurisdictional Restrictions
Our Services are not directed at, and must not be used by, persons in jurisdictions where doing so would violate local law or regulation, or where the underlying trading activity (e.g., certain leveraged products) is restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of our Services and any related trading activity is lawful in your jurisdiction.
11. Complaints
If you have concerns about how a product performed or was represented, contact support@tvalgo.com. See our Terms and Conditions for our full complaints procedure.
