Website: tvalgo.com Operator: TVALGO LTD Last updated: 31 August 2026

This statement is intended for both our customers and our payment/banking partners (including Stripe and Payoneer), to clearly set out TVALGO LTD's business model, compliance posture, and cooperation commitments.

1. Business Summary

TVALGO LTD (company number 17422388, incorporated in England and Wales, registered office at 5 SIU Offices, 4-6 Greatorex Street, London, E1 5NF) is a software publishing company (SIC codes 58290 – Other software publishing, and 63990 – Other information service activities n.e.c.). We develop and sell:

  • Proprietary technical analysis indicators for TradingView (digital access licences)
  • Recurring subscription plans for the above.

We are a technology/software vendor, not a financial institution, broker, payment institution, e-money institution, or investment firm.

2. What We Do NOT Do

To be explicit for underwriting and risk-assessment purposes, TVALGO LTD does not:

  • Hold, custody, transmit, or have signatory access to customer funds, trading accounts, or bank accounts;
  • Provide discretionary or non-discretionary investment management, portfolio management, or fund management services;
  • Act as a broker, dealer, or market maker in any financial instrument;
  • Provide regulated financial or investment advice;
  • Guarantee, promise, or represent any specific trading return or outcome;
  • Process third-party payments on behalf of other merchants (we are not a payment facilitator or PSP);
  • Deal in cryptocurrency exchange, custody, or issuance.

3. Revenue Model

Revenue is generated exclusively through direct sales of digital software licences and recurring subscriptions to end users, collected via our payment processors. We do not derive revenue from trading activity, spreads, commissions on client trades, or asset management fees.

4. Customer Due Diligence and Fraud Prevention

While TVALGO LTD is not itself a regulated financial institution, we support the KYC/AML obligations of our payment partners by:

  • Collecting and retaining standard customer identity and contact information at signup;
  • Cooperating fully with any identity verification, source-of-funds, or enhanced due diligence requests made by our payment processors;
  • Monitoring for signs of fraudulent purchasing patterns, chargeback abuse, and account sharing (see our Acceptable Use Policy);
  • Screening, to the extent reasonably practicable, against publicly available UK, EU, US (OFAC), and UN sanctions and denied-party lists, and declining service to any user we identify as being subject to such restrictions;
  • Not knowingly providing services to residents of comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions.

5. Sanctions Compliance

TVALGO LTD does not knowingly transact with any individual or entity that is:

  • Named on the UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) consolidated list;
  • Named on the US OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list;
  • Named on the EU or UN consolidated sanctions lists;
  • Located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive UK, EU, or US sanctions.

6. Regulatory Position

TVALGO LTD is a duly incorporated UK private limited company (Companies House number 17422388) in good standing. As our activities are limited to the sale of software tools and do not constitute regulated financial services, we are not required to hold FCA authorisation. We do not represent ourselves as being FCA-regulated in any marketing or customer-facing material, and this is made explicit in our Risk Disclosure.

7. Record Keeping

We retain transaction and customer records in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK tax and accounting requirements (generally a minimum of 6 years), and will make relevant records available to our payment processors or regulators upon lawful request.

8. Cooperation with Payment Partners

We commit to:

  • Promptly responding to information requests from Stripe, Payoneer, Wise, or other payment partners;
  • Promptly implementing any risk mitigation measures reasonably requested (e.g., adjusting website disclosures, adding disclaimers, providing additional documentation);
