This policy explains cancellations, renewals, refunds, and billing disputes.

Cancellation

You may cancel before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges.

Refunds

Because access to digital services is granted immediately, refunds are generally not provided after activation except where required by law or in cases of duplicate or incorrect billing.

Billing Issues

Report billing issues within 7 days by emailing tvalgo.official@gmail.com.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
